I had 2 CRs in a row. Can someone tell me what all was on the experimental CR? Gracie.

yes it was (I) only

Yeah...I put speculative

if you're referring to the question with

flippant
nonchalant
indignant
judgmental
speculative

there seems to have been somewhat of an agreement on judgmental, though others have been arguing that it was nonchalant....

Anyone can confirm manufacture/deception or German kid section in CR is experimental...?

I had one about a painting of Aristotle... I think it was experimental.

Does anyone remember the 2a+1 problem exactly? I want to know the question. I think i got something like 109 as the answer though.

I didn't have anything about a painting of Aristotle, so that section was almost certainly experimental.

109 was definitely the answer to the 2a + 1 sequence question.

The mathematical details:

A sequence is defined as a, 2a + 1, 2(2a + 1) + 1, ... Only the first four terms of the sequence are less than 1000. What is a possible value of a?

Do you remember the exact question though? Im trying to explain it to a rl friend and need the problem in order to explain it to her :)

what about the one with like find the lowest # greater then 1000 that is divisble by 6.,8,9? i got 1008..

yes, definitely 1008

anyone remember? :( the 2a+1 problem's exact question

I had 4 reading sections as: author and father about the house, trinidad, manufacturers and deception/lying, and physics.

I also had painting passage too but can't remember in which section above. Looks Other people on this board had painting passage too.

i dont think the nonchalant option was apart of the problem with judgmental.

i think the judgmental question was a question about tone of the author.

the nonchalant question was asking about the attitudes of the people who said "who cares, everyone is deceptive, everyone runs red lights."

i think they were different questions.

yeah the first term was 11 and then you put it in as a for the rest of the series according to the 2a+1 format and then found the 4th term

no, i never had a painting passage-- I believe that and the german american one must be experimental. I had math experimental btw.

lixuelai, I believe the question had a sequence which started with a, and then each term was multipled by 2 and added to 1. So it was a, 2a + 1, and then you did the math yourself. I also got 109 for that problem!

i figured it out :) I know the answer is 109 since ppl confirmed. Kinda worked backwards

It was actually 2a+1. Which answer plugged in is less than 1000 at the 4th term. 109 was D since i remember there was a bigger choice.

DiGamma23:

Do you have manufacture/deception one?

What all was in the Aristotle one?
