November 2008 SAT Writing

Essay topic was weird. Eh?

ok for me..
i thought it would be harder

i used filial piety as a tradition needed to preserve the society of later generations, and then i said two traditions why they shudnt, such as chinese and hindu cultures of killing a female baby to get a male one instead, and halloween vandalism

my experimental part is writing..
which part doesnt count??

^
One of the multiple choices.

which one?
i did really bad on one of them because it was wierd....
hope that one doesn't count

i agree with you diablo.... i think the experimental was section 5 for me

yeah for anyone w/ the writing experimental section, any idea which one doesn't count? i thought section 2 was easy, but section 5 was tough

Sounds like section 5 was experimental then, as I had a writing section for section 2 but not for section 5, I also know I had too many reading sections (one was experimental).

Did everyone have the writing section that had the "soap opera" and the Arizona/climate one?

yes, i had the soaps one

2 no errors in identifying errors?

Hey guys, i didnt take the Nov SAT, but just wondering, What was the essay prompt??

oh yea! what was the her hopes that the trash ____ (will, would, is) removed before the student arrive(s/d) next thursday?

i put that the trash one as the original (A)

did everyone have for the paragraph correction a story about grandfather in D-Day?

what was teh question pertainning to the toxicity of soemthing is greater than that of something

I talked about the Civil War and Fahrenheit 451. Hopefully I'll get a 10, ehh..

that of poisionous ivy growing, i think

i took it in oct and may, 12 both times so i cud care less what i get this time

what was the last sentence switcheroos whatever theyre called haha with mozart and the :
