I chose both the same answers as you. I believe there is a lack of consensus.

For the caribbean passage, some people have been telling me that one of the answers was “unflattering response” for the question that asked what technique was used against the teachers. Does anyone remember if “discredit the teachers” was an option?

yeah i also had unflattering response. it was def not discredit the teachers. He specifially
said they were angry and never said they werent credited enough.

discredit was an option but it was wrong. I picked unflattering response

He said that they get hysterical meaning they werent discredit but simply get so angery or delusional that they lose their minds.

pretty much unflattering response.

anyone want to confirm one of the answers was “independent cultures r politically and culturally free” it was the last carribbean question

I remember putting that down as an answer.

the only unconfirmed confusing question left is the “Thats right question” chemical 2 passage does anyone have a clear answer?

From what I remember, it was like: Why does the author say “that’s right”?

The passage was like:

To be able to preserve our environment, we must first start to use more chemicals. That’s right. More chemicals.

The “that’s right” serves to show that it’s surprising that you need chemicals to preserve the environment when they are usually seen as detracting from each other.

BTW: SHAHDIN check your PM!

i said tommorow lol im not home atm

Do you guys remember the one with the girl who was an artist.
What was the answer to the (last question I believe) question asking what her response would be to what the guy says. I chose surprised and whatever the second word was. Was that correct?

Dead thats what I put. surprised and pleasant i think. I put various styles for the dancer one instead of spanned eras because it said what point the author was trying to make, and the eras one was more of an afterthought i thought.

tradition…experiment was an SC answer

does anyone remember the subscribe question?

was it tradition they endorsed or tradition they registered with.

Tradition that they endorsed

can anyone confirm? tradition they registered with makes no sense.

yeah i also think i put endorsed i just dont remember completely

do you remember

tradition…experiment as an SC answer?

it was something like the principal is a stickler to something and against something.

Yes! I remember that question. It was like: The principal is a stickler to tradition so he frowns upon teachers that experiment?

Anyone confirm?

i remember getting a 50/50 between

endorse and register not sure what I put but hopefully endorse since it seems like the best answer.

Wait, explain how traditions they registered with. What was your thought process when reasoning out that answer?

well i thought of magazines when it said subscribed , but it seemed too dumb to be the answer so i think now i put endorse.

For that question that was like:

what did the use of “shatter” emphasize:

Did you put “the extent to which old ideas had been discredited?”

yes i put that
