judgemental!

Anyone think that the vocab was too easy?

^ Easier than the October one.

I had this. I really sucked at it.
What did you guys put for the one question that asked for the meaning of “principle” within the context?

Wait a second was the last paragraph about the man discussing how some feel as though college athletes should be paid because it will help curb corruption?

Hmm… what were the options?

What was the answer to the question asking about:
What Author 1 would think about Author 2’s statements saying that academics should come first?

I put naive and dangerous.

I took my first SAT back in may and thought the vocab was tough. Compared to that test overall, this one was wayyy easier. Hopefully it means I’ll do better… but I do seem to have the tendency to think I did well but in reality did not.
I hate waiting for the scores to come back :(

@Curvedestroyed: those weren’t the answers we all put…

I got -5 on October SC. The only one I got wrong this time was evocation (halle berry).

I also put judgemental for the author of P2 for the lying passage because he seemed much less tolerant of lies and deceit.

i think i put codified rules

the passages were evil lolz

I said fundamental laws but I feel as though a few of the other options could fit too.

^ exactly brostradmus. i dont think he was speculating there at all. he seemed to be basically saying “if you lie, your awful”

Wow I put something about assumptions. I have no idea why. I think it was because everything else kinda meant the same thing, and it stood out from the rest.
Well, so far I got like 5 wrong already. There goes my 2300. :(

Fundamental laws. I wanted something related to the mechanics of vision. this made the most sense to me.

@blue: I think the second article went like this:
Paragraph 1 - some critics say this, BUT…
Paragraph 2 - we’ll have to pay everyone $10! where does paying athletes end? will we also have to pay the band, the cheerleaders?
Paragraph 3 - we should be encouraging athletes to focus on studies. we already give them enough money through provided summer jobs, scholarships, etc.
Paragraph 4 - there’s the problem. we need to allocate more money into academics rather than sports.

What was the sentence completion with the man and the audience. What were the options? And does anyone remember the options for the one that said what would the athlete and someone else(not sure) agree on?

For the Caribbean one
there was a question which answers were like
traditions they endorsed
…mental block… anyone know which I’m talking about? It was like the meaning of a word or something. I struggled with that one…

I said codified laws, but I was really stumped on that one too.
And for the college athletes one, was it spectacle or exhibit?

For the man and the audience. I put B… don’t remember the words though -_-

For the man and the audience, I’m pretty sure the second blank was “rudeness.” can’t remember the first one though…
And I put exhibit for the college athletes one. Not sure at all tho, I just guessed.
