Now I'm worried

<p>So the college I'm transfering to requires a College Official Report so I took it to a random counselor at my college to fill out for me. She doesn't know me at all, yet she was filling out the questions that say "rate this student's personal qualities and character" and "rate this student overall" and all the other ones. </p>

<p>Do colleges take these questions seriously? I mean a total stranger filled that out and I didn't even see what she put on the report....</p>

<p>Colleges know that who fills out the form and how well they know the student varies; IMO the comments can help but not hurt (unless you have a disciplinary action, etc. on your record). The CO form has this question, so they know if the person knows you well:</p>
