Does anyone know the average stats?
I have a 3.5 unweighted GPA and a 1360 CR and Math score combined. I was on JV cross country and track for two years. I volunteer a lot and I had an internship for city council. I’m also involved in several clubs and I also lead a group of people in a tech club. Other than that, I don’t have anything else.

No, I don’t know the stats. I suspect your chances are decent to good, but I also suspect that the Navy is sensitive to both major and college when giving out scholarships.
Presuming you want to be a naval officer, you could contact the NROTC unit(s) at the school(s) you are/have applied to/will be attending. They should be able to give you more and better information than you’d find here.
