All of that is addressed in the strategic plan, but they can build up to 85’ tall on the main campus, so once peanut row is empty I believe they’ll immediately tear it down and build upperclass housing.

How closely are they adhewing to that plan, arbiter? And when is the plan for when peanut row gets torn down? S doesn’t know anything about it (though I think it’s quite possible that it is known by their leadership and just not being shared widely so as not to jeopardize any bonding / spirit around the current house).

There’s an article in today’s Daily Northwestern which refers to ongoing discussions with the other frats.
[Students, Greek organizations react to AEPi’s relocation - Campus - The Daily Northwestern - Northwestern University](http://www.dailynorthwestern.com/campus/students-greek-organizations-react-to-aepi-s-relocation-1.2695181#.Ty-62RzIweE)

Generally, those negotiations go on at a level above the undergrads, barring usually the fraternity President. So I wouldn’t be shocked if no one in ZBT knew what was going on, exactly.

Thanks, jrpar and arbiter.
