Electrical engineering will not be in the new STEM facility at TCNJ. Plus, Rowan is a combined electrical/computer degree while TCNJ is not. Don’t get me wrong, if I get rejected by Rowan and accepted at TCNJ I will go there. Rowan was truly a surprise to me though. The new engineering building and new dorms, the cost/value proposition, as well as the presentation of the ECE program when we visited really stood out like no other school we visited. You could really see the investment on campus. So, I came away convinced that a Rowan engineering degree will only increase in value as the programs reputation continues to gain regionally and nationally.
