Which programs would be easier for a New York student to get into? Which programs in general are easier to get into. (Somebody posted about "low caliber programs." What are they?)

Thanks

Thanks

pleeaase...

sophie davis, brooklyn, stony brook

Of these, I think Stony brook is the best.

Thanks. Anybody know which programs in general are easier?

Easier to get into or easier to stay in?

Sorry I didn't clarify. I meant easier to get into, but I wouldn't mind knowing both.

Sophie davis and brooklyn are the easiest (don't know which one is easier) to get into. Stony brook is definitely harder to get into than the other two. To stay in, I would guess maybe sophie davis because there's no mcat.

Thanks. Which programs are easiest to get into from any state?

Sophie and Brooklyn are limited to NY residents, Stony is for any state

Sorry, let me rephrase that...

Out of all the programs in the U.S., which are easiest to get into (having no, or minimal advantage regarding state of residence)?

drexel's bs/md program

any others easy to get into?

Any at all?

Consider applying to UMDNJ/TCNJ as well. This program also accepts a few out of staters.

do downstate
the med school is better and more highly regarded than Stony in my opinion and yes i am aware of the rankings
I took a much more highly ranked prog than brooklyn and every now and then I still ask "what if?"
