NY Times article

there are drug dealers on my corner. they're nice, sometimes they watch my car for meter maids. I know from drug dealers. there are no dealers i've ever seen in times square.

107 west isn't in the 180s, i dunno what you're smoking gatsby. it's a nice diner/cafe on 107th and broadway, it's like Tom's with better food, prices, and service.

I'm glad the NYT managed to nail Max Soha, it's a real good call, and Kitchenette is worthy of mention. The only item i'd suggest they missed out on is Pisticci, up on LaSalle & broadway, and perhaps 1020 as the prototypical college dive bar.

Why do you park your car outside? Better yet, why do you have a car???

Ummm, we could have used one of those last year when my husband found a not-so-great parking place (for the van we had borrowed from our son's in-laws, no less) during move-in, and returned to find it had been ticketed and towed away. THAT was a fun phone call to make!

i don't actually own a car - sometimes i've had to rent one, or brought my parents' car down for the weekend, or friends have brought some in.

Not the point here, guys.
