also in my financial aid offer the student ID that we discussed earlier (the one on the Bursar thingy) was the one displayed not the one on the applicant portal

snoopy, on your housing portal with summer. If you hit the drop-down and hit NYU then when access application appears click that and go through it like for 5 seconds does academic year pop up when you go back to the regular housing button or no?
