<p>Hi, I'm sorry in advance if this is a very obvious question, but I was wondering about the Supplement for NYU (New York University) on the Common Application.
Where it says, "Anticipated Area of Study", what do I put if I want to do pre-med at NYU but a Biochemistry major? There is the choice of Biochemistry which I am planning on putting down but there is also something called "Pre-Professional Medicine." I would assume this is the same thing as Pre-med, but premed ordinarily isn't a major to begin with. Is it okay to put down 'Biochemistry' with the intentions of doing a Biochemistry major with Pre-Med as well?</p>
