NYU Gallatin

Quick synopsis:
3.5+ gpa UMBC/local CC
will transfer in as a junior
I have great essays in the works already abd am determined to do anything and everything in my power to get into this school.
So what are ny chances?

My chances dang typos

Cmon please give me a chance

I shall continue to bump this until someone gives a worth while response

Bumping yet again

Okay and again

wow. there’s really no reason to bump a thread so often. just wait. it hasn’t been that long yet, and this isn’t one of the most active forums.

From what I’ve seen you are on the borderline for being accepted to NYU. I know they are more lenient when it comes to GPA, so that’s working for you. You didn’t list any EC’s, though transfer students tend to have slightly fewer than those tween highschoolers. Nail your essay and see what happens.

I would give it a shot. Good luck.

I’d like to just add to what denominator has already posted: Really focus on those essays, especially for a specialized program like Gallatin. Show them that you truly want to focus on your individualized study option through your essay and what you hope to gain out of it. I’ve seen students get in with 3.5+ GPA in both undergrad and transfer processes. It really comes down to your essay.
