No I put NYU as my primary campus of interest, and shanghai as my alternate and I also got into shanghai

And does it show up on your NYU portal?
@jayneinnyc no, they had NYC, and more specifically Stern, as their primary choice. The email they got said
“If you applied to more than one campus at NYU, please note that you were considered for admission to any and all campuses to which you applied, but you will be admitted solely to NYU Shanghai”
So looks like they got denied from NYC but into Shanghai.
My son got a mail from NYU Shanghai (applied to Stern). It’s the rejection on Stern?

I applied to the Courant Institute of math!!! I didnt hear of anyone being accepted here yet and all the information is the same as everyone who applied to the other NYU schools

@stressedout2017 Throughout the day on March 30. There’s not a set time.
@ravenclaw316 current CAS student here. you don’t declare a major in CAS until the end of sophomore year, so if you want to stay in CAS then you will be fine. however, moving to steinhardt would require an internal transfer after you’ve been accepted.
Hey guys, I had my email change(got @nyu.edu) on the housing portal last month but today I found out it was replaced by my own email address and I also have my home address and cell phone number there .
@Maggie1224 interesting, I’ve always had my own email there + they never put up my phone number? I wish they could be a bit more consistent and just make it the same for everyone so that we can stop freaking out about these variations and the significance of it :’(
@SternAspirations agree. But I asked my classmates who also applied NYU, she didn’t have the changes. I had my own email shown at first.
@maggie1224 so first they put your email, then the @nyu.edu then back to your own email? Does your classmate have the @nyu.edu?

this whole thing is just driving me crazy - but especially the fact that I still don’t have the “2018” year displayed in the financial aid ughghhh

@SternAspirations I don’t have the 2018 option as well. Mine just says ‘‘Award access not available’’.
