NYU regular decision class of 2024!

@ywna49 yeah I can see it, but it says sth like “no financial aid info found”

so I clicked on the satisfactory academic progress and 2018,2019, and 2021 show up but not 2020???

@harrypotterluv when I click on it, I see no aid years.

@harrypotterluv Have you taken a precollege course at NYU in the past for 2018-2019? I’ve been reading past forums of people who have the years listed in SAP and that the only reason why theirs has the years showing up is because they took a summer camp at NYU.
Honestly, my message to fellow applicants is to not worry about it. Results supposedly on Ivy Day or on April 1st, so let’s wait patiently.

@yw123 mine says no finaid info to display, but under that it says satisfactory academic progress

nope haven’t done any summer programs

For ED1, the only people ik that got in had housing for 2020-2021 pop up. my friends who had J term pop up got waitlisted and those who didnt ever have any housing pop up got denied.

@abc32123 What do you mean housing pop up? Is it the option below “View Application Status” on Albert?

Isn’t the housing website down right now because of COVID-19? So we wouldn’t be able to know about housing right now…

not sure, as I now only have the admitted student version of the portal… In December, it was on albert I think…

It was on housing.nyu.edu !

I only got “Welcome to Housing!” Not sure if that’s a good sign or not…

When I do https://housing.nyu.edu/apply I get a different message though about Spring 2020

“Attention
Our records indicate that you do not have a Spring 2020 NY based housing assignment in our system. At this time, summer, fall and global housing application processes are temporarily suspended. To apply for summer, fall or global housing please check back after spring break. If you feel you are receiving this message in error please send us an email at housing@nyu.edu. If you are an NYU Law or NYU Medical student please access the school specific links indicated in the Residence Hall Closure Notification email.”

This is what everyone I know gets…

Ok so basically none of us can tell through that website since housing is suspended rn

im not even sure if i care about NYU anymore, I got into UCLA and Michigan…
sucks that someone else has to be denied for myself to be accepted

Withdraw your application then. And I don’t mean it disrespectfully…

@aarybalkar amen to that
