I’m over this college admissions thing. Congrats to everyone who got in! I’m most positive that you’ve deserved it, it just sucks that people who may be just as qualified have to be okay with it 
I was just rejected from NYU Tisch.
BTW, applied to Stern (with Business major), waitlist letter did not specify what school, but assuming it is for Stern!

Hey I got rejected from Tisch, but got into the Liberal Studies Core. I’m wondering if that’s a default for everyone?
My letter also says that if I have good grades my freshman year, I have guaranteed admission to Tisch. Did I get accepted or rejected… I’m confused lol

All I’m saying is that the applicants who had academic year were not rejected. They were either waitlisted or accepted. You could have been waitlisted or accepted without the academic year. But if you did have that change on your housing portal, it means you were not rejected.
