HI. SO I lovelovelove NYU I have spent a ton of time on proramswith students and admins there so I want to apply as a freshman this year.... my problem is that I want major in International Relations/ Politics/ Religio and I do not know which school to apply to. Thoughts???

You apply to CAS. That’s where IR and politics are. I don’t know of any religious studies programs here, but if there were one, it’d be in CAS’ jurisdiction as well.

If you do decide to follow IR though, make sure you meet with your advisor immediately and lay out the groundwork. There’s courses you need to be taking from day 1 otherwise you’ll fail to graduate in time because they build on each other sequentially. A friend of mine had that problem and discovered it too late and wasn’t able to declare the major.

IR is also an HONORS major within the Politics dept. Which means that first you must APPLY to NYU and get in. THEN you must take specific classes and get a 3.65 GPA and THEN you can apply for the IR major. If accepted, you’re expected to maintain the same 3.65 GPA.

IR students also have to study abroad for a semester.
