<p>NYU is my top choice, and there are 30 kids from my school applying. I don't know how their stats compare to mine. I have a 3.5 UW (weak, yes. However, 9th and 10th grade are its culprits. Beginning second semester sophmore year, I haven't had a B and have been in all AP/honor classes). My SAT, however, is 2170 on a single sitting. I havve really strong ECs, a very original and well-written essay, and will most likely have very strong letter of recs. I fear that my chances for admission will be lowered by the other kids from my school applying. What do you think? I am applying to CAS.</p>
