Wait, why does the consolidated list say x= 0 and x=3/7?

The coefficient of the x term was bigger than the coefficient of the x^2 term, it couldn’t have been 3/7

Wait, why does the consolidated list say x= 0 and x=3/7?

The coefficient of the x term was bigger than the coefficient of the x^2 term, it couldn’t have been 3/7

^I agree with you. CC consensus is wrong for once hahahaa lol

Lol, if you go back in the threads, 1 person said 3/7 and no one questioned it…lol.

I really thought I read the interval of x. I thought it was the easiest question ever. I must have read it too fast.

x=3/7 alone was not a choice.

What was the copy machine problem again?

It said that there were 2 copy machines and they began copying at the same time, then one stopped copying for 3 hours or so and then began to copy again. The question asked you to choose which graph best represented the relationship (# of copies/time). I’m pretty sure the answer was the graph that had a steep slope, then had a lesser slope and then returned the the steep slope again.

Oh. Now I remember.

There is absolutely no doubt that the answer to that problem was x=0 and x=7/3

Once you factored it you got something like: 3x(3x-7)=0

What was the question for that? And does anyone remember which answer choice was the correct answer?

The copy machine one was F, right (the one in the top left corner of all the possible answers)?

The bunnies one I think was 200(1.5)^0.5t

and t = 4

so 200(1.5)^2 = 450 - that was the answer for bunnies? Someone update the consolidated list.

Question: For the a+b question, were all the denominators 77? Because i remember I put the answer as having a denominator of 77 but can’t remember if the numerator was right.

The answer was 6/77

any more?

I know, but I can’t remember what I put as an answer, except that I chose one with a denominator as 77.

Do you remember if there only ONE choice that had a denominator of 77? I did this as my last problem and it was right before time was called.

^I dont think there was. Since the denominators were huge, the answers were all varied.

Ahh i can’t remember whether i put 7/3 or 3/7. Curse my theoretical dyslexia!

Those are probably all the ones that people would have had any trouble with.

How was the hour hand 21 degrees? I got 252 degrees. Wasn’ t the question asking what the degree measure would be if the clock went from 6:00 to 6:42? this would be 252 degrees b/c each minute is 6 degrees and 42 minutes is 252 degrees.

Do you really think the hour hand will move 252 degrees in 42 min?

Divide it by 12.

Yeah your thinking of the minute hand but it asked for the hour hand…
