Anyone remember the Writing question… “1970s cartoons are a model of what cartoons today should be.”
Is it no error?

I had about 5 A’s in 10th section.
Last two for example

@marie i definitely had no 5 A’s in section 10

Yeah sorry to break it to you MarieM.

I think there was only one A or maybe two.
The last 2 were definitely not As

In 1958 someone performed the first heart heart surgery, made possible with his invention of some machine?

I don’t remember the exact question but it was similar to this.
Did anyone choose option A for this? The sentence is correct as it is

^ I don’t think that sentence was correct.

I recall that the right answer have a “which” after the comma

About that complex, involved, straightforward:

I chose complex and straightforward, but now I’m not really sure.

Modern machines are so … that the basic, do-it-yourself mechanics cannot do anything more … than the basic repairs.

obviously, it’s Complex and involved.
guys, srsly read the previous pages before posting

what was the question that had the answer “universal truth?” I thought the answer was “the author uses reason over emotion” or something like that?

Fuc*!!Monstrous March 2008 Curve!! -5 in CR=710!!!

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/482451-march-curve.html

hope the CB would ammend it for the sake of international students…I really don’t think this CR deserve such a harsh curve…what about the writing one?

the passage about a man writing a letter to Dorian Gray was clearly “overwrought” with emotion… and the second question definitely had the answer choice “the author uses reason over emotion” or something of that sort. So isn’t this clearly wrong which makes it a correct answer? I know universal truth sounds a bit extreme but maybe it accurately describes how the author thinks about the subject of his affection? what do you guys think about this?

I think it should be the “universal truth” because the passage repeated “we” swveral times in the sentence before the marked one, which implies that it was about a general pattern.

Carrot answer is A ?

Yeah, but the fact that they had ‘reason over emotion’ for the other answer choice messes everything up… I guess I just have to wait to find out the exact answer…

Im sure it is correct. It has( 5% of 400 and 11% 600000) 3300 dollars/acre. it is the greatest…

I have never seen such harsh CR curve. -5 usually hovers in the 750-760s.
Is the curve for international SAT and domestic one the same?

that depends on the extent of the lazziness of CB
