I was placed on the waitlist for the University of Houston in December for not meeting the assured admission criteria. They gave me until Feb 17 to submit letters and new SAT scores. I got my scores back the 23 though. I needed a 1170 for assured admission and got a 1190. I had applied with a 1090. Since I have assured admission, would they let me in? Would I have to reapply? Their deadline is June 1. Don’t they have to admit me even if it’s not in my program of choice according to the Texas assured admission policy?
Why don’t you call and ask them? I think this is a question only the school can answer.
