The first supplement question states: “List a few words or phrases that describe your ideal college community.(150 words or less)”
Should we literally list a few phrases (like well rounded, collaborative etc) like the other list questions ask for…or do we elaborate and make it more of an essay format type thing? Any insight would be much appreciated 
I think this is a new question but for the previous somewhat different question one of my kids wrote sentences using fewer ideas but more detail and the other wrote phrases to get more ideas covered but less detail on each one. I don’t think either way is right or wrong pick the one that makes you most comfortable and works best with your thoughts.
I’d take it at face value: list words or phrases.
Just make sure your words and phrases don’t include just
“hellacious Friday nights” and " Super Saturday Tinder nights" at the top of the list.
150 words isn’t a lot. Put some thought into the phrasing which is probably what the objective is.
