I'm wondering because I truly thought I had a chance at Harpur. I basically have an 88 gpa with a 28 ACT. Binghamton is my first choice. I applied EA and got deferred.

the type of info you are asking for is rarely made available by schools.

fyi - have you looked at binghamton's common data set? here is link for the one for 2006-07 -- http://buoir.binghamton.edu/cds/CDS_2006.pdf section "c" gives a lot of statistical info about those enrolled, but even the common data sets don't answer everything.

That was very informative. Thanks for posting.

i think all schools have common data sets, they just don't always make them easily available. for any school you are considering, do a search at their website for "common data set" to see if theirs is readily available -- since they use the same format, it allows you to readily compare the same stats for different schools.

and here is a thread that lists links to many school's common data sets -- http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-search-selection/76444-links-common-data-sets-posted-colleges.html
