I requested an off campus interview, and was given the contact information of my alumni representative, any tips on WHERE I should schedule it?

Starbucks coffee

Some place where it's convenient to the alumni rep and where the bulk of the rep's precious time for the interview isn't spent traveling between the meeting place and the rep's paying job.

where do the interviews take place when living overseas? do they do it on the phone or what?? and the school i'm applying to did not tell us when the interview was to take place yet..

I live overseas and did it at the alumni's office.

No, tiger_max, the interview will not be conducted over the phone if the school has representatives in your area. If they do not, then you have no choice but to have it over the phone... unless the school arranges a waiver for the interview. You better contact them soon so you could schedule one if need be. The deadline is usually around Feb.1

I had some interviews over the phone, and some in the representatives' homes.

yes, i just found out a few days ago that i could do it with some representatives. i would hate to do it on the phone.
