So I was reading this AWESOME book, Roadtrip Nation. (It is so good, everyone should get it) and it was basically talking about how a lot of the big execs and people with supercool guys got to where they were by not taking the path they were expected to. So I was thinking, yeah obviously every on here is going to some college, but after college, what would you do if you didn't have to worry about bills, loans, retirement, etc? Like, not your dream job, but the most awesome job? I think I would do the Peace Corps for a couple years, be a pilot or a flight attendant and see the world, and finally open a b and b and meet all these funky people. How about you?

I'd get a grad degree in English, find a good, smart private high school (nothing against public school, but I like smaller student bodies) and teach.

Who knows? If I burn out trying to get an Engineering degree (entirely possible) I might decide to screw it and teach anyways.

I want to find an unexplored, obscure little island and plot world domination. Hm...actually, that might not be as unconventional as I thought it would.

I would most likely continue my education. Get a few Bachelor degrees under my belt, as well as a few graduate degrees. I expect to be a life long scholar. I want to work on, and eventually spearhead, research projects. I don't mean to seem cliche, but this is what I want.

be a writer, write books and essays while traveling the world by yacht
hopefully get some recognition for it too.

If money weren't an issue I would want to be an equine (horse) chiropractor/massage therapist. I LOVE anything and everything horse related, hands on stuff the best. Sometimes I think about doing that still, but it would require a sciencey degree and i hate science classes. so instead i'll do law and make enough money to just retire with my horses. I would also love to do photography all day long.

The image I have of my future is vauge at this point in time. I know that some kind of artistic communication of scoeity is involved. Some kind of writer, something that involves travelling and influencing.

I would still feel an obligation to work. Otherwise I would feel like I just 'exist' and not 'doing something' in the world. Of course, I would work a little less and also spend a lot of time just reading, discussing, exploring, etc. about the world and meet lots of interesting people. Maybe try to amuse myself by trying to find universal truths in this world or explore space for free. :P

If money wasn't an issue...Music!!! definitely music. I would get a music major. I would learn how to play piano, violin, cello, and I would continue practicing guitar...Or I would dedicate my life to math, studying it, solving problems, teaching it, whatever...but life isnt this way, at least not for me...

i'd go to a third world country and explore their culture as well as trying to help the people there through commen good deeds. i guess my version of finding my " existence" and " meaning" is through examining the better traits of human nature.

well that and.... get one gigantically huge collection of dress's.

I'd do this too. This and write.

I already have too many negative experiences with third world countries, and if I ever visit one, I will have to be bound and gagged in the overhead bin.
