Off topic Relativity question =P

Physics problem and I keep messing up =(

A meter stick moves parallel to its axis with a speed of .73c to you.

Thus, length is ~0.68344711

How long does it take for the stick to pass you?

I originally divided the length perceived by the speed of light, but it came out wrong.

Any ideas?

Doh. I just realized that I divided by c, not by the speed of the object... (.73c)

woopsie! Delete this thread =D

ahhh, physics, how i hate thee...

i love it!!!

its so damn confusing and contradictory that it is fun.

I Love Physics Too!!

eek. i hate physics. i believe that your impression of a subject deeply depends on the first teacher that you have for it.

Dude that's a fast meter stick.
