Anxiously waiting 8-|

At audition we were told they have “Sunday decision day” day after last audition date - which is tomorrow.
They said it could be three weeks but thinking it could be sooner since all decisions are made tomorrow. Not sure how they notify though. Phone numbers were requested on audition form so an acceptance could be a phone call.

ok … thanks… so now we wait. Please post decisions as they come in 8->

You can also check your MyPennState portal.

In past years, the decisions are sent to Admissions the day after Decision Sunday. Admissions is very quick. Acceptance letters are in the mail by Tuesday (today) and received by most of the 12-14 accepted by Friday. Good luck to all!

Do they also send emails to those accepted?

@stagedoor22 …Will they immediately post acceptances on your webpage for Penn State or first by letter? I assume all rejections and hold/waitlisted are posted on the website immediately?

So I just heard a few have been waitlisted and its on you web portal… nothing for my S as of yet!!!

My D applied as a transfer, and her MyPennState now says “We are currently in the process of reviewing your course work. Once this review is finalized, we will extend a formal offer of admission to the University.” Could this just be an academic acceptance, or does it mean that she’s in?

I know another transfer student who has the same exact status…my guess is its academic acceptance but I am not 100% sure.

Turns out that the yes was really a YES! D is unbelievably excited! I’m told that letters will be arriving late next week. Best of luck to everyone!!!

Congrats!

My S was accepted… he’s so excited

Congrats to all! My D graduated last May (as a transfer) and loved every minute there!
