Does being a finalist mean its just a matter of some red tape now, and we'll most likely get into one of our match schools?</p>

<p>If I remember correctly, last year a little less than half the applicants were finalists...of that about 10% were matched. But then a BUNCH more got in at RD. Congratulations to you GlobalFrequency. I like your location...everywhere!</p>

<p>Just some general statistics.
Take the 2007 data for example.
3715 applicants, 1794 finalists. ~48% were chosen
204 "matched" students, ~11.2%
1076 students admitted through QB and RD, 1076, ~60%</p>
<p>Oh, keep in mind that there are probably some people who only had one or maybe two colleges partnered with QB and decided to go somewhere else. Other people might've been athletes recruited (which happens after the finalist notification).</p>
<p>Lol i'm starting to give up hope because nobody has posted a recent Finalist email... most are from at least an hour ago.</p>
