<p>i am, for business probably. after sophmore year you arent guaranteed housing and usually get ****ty housing which sucks.(infested with rats i heard?)</p>

<p>I'm not sure if im going, going to wait to hear back from Fordham, my first choice. I was deferred from EA and if that doesnt work out, I will be at St. Joes in the fall! Its really a win/win situation...</p>
