Official 2010 ap scores

^Lol, why are you even on this website? Hypocrite.

andyboy23 doesn’t seem to understand that we all have different perspectives on life, and things that seem boring or pointless to some may be “life” to others. Talking about our scores is obviously entertaining to us.

I’m no hypocrite. I always had a CC account for chances. I just happened to be curious if anyone made a thread like this.

But WHY do you get entertained by this? There is SO much more to life than this. Go outside. Go to the pool for a swim. Go for sailing/sailing lessons. Go for a hike. Try surfing. Go for a mountain bike ride. Get involved with some sort of sport. There is a sport for the majority of people out there. Just find something cool enough, and I promise you, you’ll feel like a better person pursuing it. The majority of people on this website are so caught up in their schooling that they forget what life is about! Come on people! Get out and smell the fresh airrrrr! You can go to the beach, go for a swim (that is, if you live near the ocean), meet some hot girls, party it up a little, have a beer (not too much, but enough to loosen up).

If you don’t have a little fun now, when in your life WILL you have fun? When you’re 40 with kids?..

^You’re probably right, but honestly, how long does it take to post your AP scores on an online forum? It’s not like we don’t have time to do those other things you are talking about.

Junior Year:

Calc AB:5
Chem:3
US History:5
Psychology: 5

Sophomore Year:
Euro History: 5

Happy with my scores!

^^^ I agree, sometimes CC is a little too much info. I called yesterday and all I’m going to say is that I’m ending up with 17 credit hours for my senior year AP scores ;)

Andy, stop instigating quarrels. K thanks!

Though I agree that this could be a ‘waste of time’ to some ppl, this brings a feeling of self-accomplishment to some people. School isn’t the easiest thing in the world and although I think AP is a terrible program (personal opinion), these tests aren’t easy and neither is the work. I enjoy my summers probably more than most, but I still think this forum is really good in helping me prepare for the fall (especially entering freshman year in college with thousands and thousands of question). So, just let people do what they please. It may not be your cup of tea, but is for a few hundred people. 1 person’s opinion wont change anyone else’s opinion.

that being said, I might as well say what i got this year/my hs career,

First of all, I wanna congratulate all off you. You all seemed to be very pleased with your scores.

Here’s my question: Could I still become a national scholar, even after high school. See, I’m a rising senior. So far I passed one class with a 3 and I haven’t gotten by AP Scores for Junior year but I feel as though I passed them meaning that it would be 4 classes passed. I’m planning on taking about 7 exams this upcoming year. If I pass them all that would make 11 classes passed. Could I still be awarded National scholar (or something along the lines) even after I graduate?

By the way, did anyone feel that the AP exams this year were kinda easy? :)

HAPPY HAPPY :D

AP Calculus BC - 5
AP Psychology - 5
AP Chemistry - 5
AP US History - 5
AP English Language and Composition - 5

@letloose15 - I’m pretty sure that is possible since the Ap scholar web page from cb states:

Although there is no monetary award, in addition to receiving an award certificate, this achievement is acknowledged on any AP Score Report that is sent to colleges the following fall.

it was lolz99 on the previous page…seriously kids these days are soo competitive haah

swim2daend how did you make it into Brown with scores that arent all 5’s??

all fives…phew

Plenty of students do.

@swimmerfurlife, AP scores carry very little weight in terms of admission to colleges.

That’s what I’ve been trying to say forever… I never cared for AP because their system is flawed (just explained it to someone lol). Am I the best taker?? mmm… no. I’m a great student. great grades, great essays, great recommendations, etc. That’s how I got into brown. AP scores mean nothing but credit.

Everything I say about AP, though, is my opinion. If you disagree, that’s great and it doesn’t mean either of us is wrong, but just different perspectives.
