<p>I can’t really remember… It was about a week.</p>
<p>About 3 days I think, decisions outon friday, got the package the following monday</p>

<p>I haven’t heard back from UCSB, but I don’t have high hopes as I’ve been rejected from everywhere so far besides Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz is a beautiful place and I’d be more than happy to go there, but Santa Barbara is much closer to home and has a program I’m much more interested in (physiology at SB rather than neuroscience at SC).</p>

What does that mean? Does that mean I have to finish up a few courses there before I can actually get into the chemistry major or?</p>

<p>@hiwhatsgood, Economics is a selective major at UCSB it is likely that you did not meet the requirements, such as missing pre-reqs or your major GPA was to low. Likely you were admitted to your alternate major which I assume was Environmental Science. I suggest re-reading your admit letter.</p>
<p>I was accepted to UCI and UCD for Computer Engineering a while ago even though I was missing prerequisites. I TAGged to UCSB, I fullfilled all of the prerequisites there and I am still waiting for a decision. Any other engineers waiting?</p>
