Are there any people who submitted official ACT score and the school still hasn't gotten an official score? I sent the official copy to the school around early-mid October, but the school hasn't received it. I checked ACT site again and asked my college counselor like a week ago, and she said she checked the ACT receipt, and it says I sent the score to Harvard, so it was definitely sent and should be appear anytime soon.... And it's passed 11/1, and Harvard still hasn't gotten the official copy of ACT result. Since I sent it almost 3 weeks ago, I think it should've appeared by now... I do know it takes time to process things for Harvard, but still I feel apprehensive. Is anyone in the same situation?

Not to worry. If you sent in the scores 3 weeks ago, you should have an electronic receipt from ACT to prove that the scores were sent in on time.

In all likelihood, Harvard has received the scores, but has not entered them as received on the portal. All of that is done manually by Harvard students on a workstudy program and Admissions is overwhelmed at this time of year with the sheer volume of application materials pouring in. If, for whatever reason, your scores haven’t been recorded as received in a week, call the Admissions office to find out what happened. As you will have a receipt from ACT, Harvard will not hold it against you.

That’s very relieving to hear. Yes, I do have an electronic receipt that says that I sent the score to Harvard. Thank you so much!
