Well, theoneo, we know where your strenths lie! lol, jk. Bah, I'm with you, inguyen. I'm waiting. Argh, I don't want to though!

IVY and others I'll repost my post:
It seems like most people here are getting their scores. I couldn't get mine so I called and was told that it hasn't been scored yet. The man on the phone told me though that anyone who hasn't gotten a score yet should check on Wednesdays and Fridays as these are the days they will be uploading the newly processed scores. Hope this helps those in the same situation as me.

I am tired of waiting already!

hmmmm...I think I got the lowest so far. Oh well, I was excited!

English-31 (16 on both mechanics and Rhetroical)
Math- 28
Reading- 25 (I knew that one! I suck at reading these ACTs!)
Science- 26

That science one was freaking hard! I thought I got like a 2 on it or something. This is my first time taking it and I'm not sure if I am re-taking.

how hard is the act essay grading? b./c the sat essay is pretty straight forward, but is the act the same way?

Good job Kayt! You deserve props!

<3

A 31 in English is awesome!

I'm really happy!

Eng 35
Math 32
Reading 34
Science 34
Comp 34

It's what I wanted so I'm glad I won't have to take it anymore!

For those who got high reading scores...how many questions do you think you got wrong on reading...my scores aren't ready yet but im trying to predict what i got on reading

I'm thinking 2-3 wrong (for my 34)... I remember looking at some practice test curve charts that reflected that.

thanks...im predicting a 33 on reading i guess

Well I didn't do any prep at all this time. So prep + easier test = higher scores? Oh, and I knew I effed up the reading section cause I realized when I had about 5 minutes left that I'd misgridded most of my answers =P. So I couldn't go back to check answers or even answer the ones I'd left blank because I wasn't sure of them yet.

If I break 30 on reading I will jump for joy.

I walked out of the test thinking I did just as badly on reading as I did on science, but I got a 23 on science and a 31 on reading.

I know I guessed blindly on at least 5-6 questions on reading.

OK, I just got my scores. I noticed that Neb154 (post #9) got individual scores 1, 2, or even 3 points lower than mine, but we got the same composite! How can that be? The scoring system really doesn't seem fair (no offense, Neb :) )

Average the scores out? None taken :-P

Was this your first time taking the ACT, Neb? It was mine, and I hadn't done a thing to prepare. I'm still considering taking it again. Are you planning to?

IHATESAT: You're probably aware of this, but i'm pretty sure you can get grid align errors fixed and graded by human for a little fee from ACT if you request it.

Still waiting on my scores... seeing people who are unhappy with their 35s/36s ties my stomach in knots, but I guess I can (almost) see where they are coming from. It's good to set high goals for yourself...

Lol, I don't think anyone is unhappy with 36 (you can't do better...) and I haven't seen anyone unhappy with a 35.

When do you think the essays will be graded? I got a 31 which is lower than practically everyone here but not too bad for me. How low would my essay have to be for me to have to take it over?

English: 26
Math: 24
Reading: 31
Science: 25
Composite: 27

I was happy :)

AH! still waiting for my scores....
