<p>I was accepted into Bis/engineering
Honors College and a nice scholarship</p>
<p>As I understand it, the honors college dorms are brand new. Is anyone thinking about living in them? Does anyone know if drexel is a commuter campus? I am worried that coming from Louisiana that it will suck if everyone goes home on the weekends.</p>

<p>It is commuter because everyone lives in apartments close by, thats what I heard.</p>
<p>well thats not really what im worried about. I dont care if it is technically classified as a commuter school or not, but if the entire student body goes home(farther than just the apartments they live in) it won’t be a very fun experience.</p>
<p>It certainly isn’t the case that everyone goes home on the weekends. Do some students choose to do so? Yes. Is it the majority? Not that I know of. There are usually plenty of students around. We also have a lot of international students and those that come from across the US, so obviously they are not going home all the time. Over breaks there are significantly less students on campus, but I assume that is the case wherever you go to college.</p>
