When I started my application process as a prospective community college transfer student, I desperately looked for some info about community college transfers. <p>Location! After visiting the UCs last summer I couldn’t imagine living in Berkeley or LA over La Jolla IMO. I never gave the ‘prestige’ factor a second thought considering I never imagined I would attend <em>any</em> UC in the first place.</p>
