@hotelieatheart Do different schools have different dates for decisions? I thought all schools in Cornell released decisions at the same time…

@thinkhowto1, my GPA is out of 100, so I can’t enter it, and you made SAT a required field, but I never took it

Imagine if every single person on this thread was accepted

@Zenithar143 that’d be cool

@thinkhowto1 start your own thread. It will help get more results.

@thinkhowto1nice idea with the survey!

@BroomOfThought they most likely do have the same release date for all schools but I did not want to misinform anyone by assuming. I only went to the SHA info session so I can only state that those applicants receive their decisions on Dec. 11.

Happy Birthday to me!! My only wish is that everyone in this thread gets accepted.

My daughter also got an invite for a meeting from an alumni admissions ambassador today. She applied early to the College of Engineering…mechanical.

Are any of you guys submitting supplemental materials? If you are, what are you submitting?

Oh, and where did the link for the google doc go is it moved to a different forum?

Deleted; not allowed.

is an early decision likely letter only for athletes?

@hotelieatheart HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

though I think I’m one day late.
and thank you for that kind wish!! (and I’m pretty sure everyone here does too)

@hotelieatheart I’m applying to hotel! Do you know if there is way to check to see if your interviewer submitted your evaluation?

does anyone know how many people have applied ED this year? i have seen other schools post their numbers, but I haven’t heard from Cornell yet… does anybody know?

im pretty sure likely letters are not only reserved for athletes

@co11egerocks what did your likely letter say?

@superdub I found info from an official Cornell page that they are allowing applicants to submit materials up until mid November (around Nov 15ish I’m 90% sure I recall correctly). Also I found another blog which said that although November SAT test scores are not guaranteed to be received on time for ED applicants, they typically are. I took the SAT today and the results are set to come out on Nov 25 if I recall correctly (I rushed by scores as soon as I got home because I think this was my best sitting yet). That places the admission committee gathering to make the cut around Nov 25. This makes sense because when you log into your application status account it says that ED applicants will be notified and given a chance to submit nonessential parts of their applicants they are missing. Also, I would trust the interviewer to submit his or her evaluation on time so no worries at all about that. It most likely will not appear on your application status account so we will never know when it happened.
Sp glad to find another prospective hotelie on here. Where are you from? I’m from Jersey!

@ceLcel thanks! are you a hotelie?

@1234Aspirations Do you get notified of interviews by email or on the applicant ID web page?
@hotelieatheart thanks!
