<p>It's obviously around 7 am EST, not between 12 and 7.
I have taken SAT's three times, and none of the scores were available before 7:30 am CST.</p>

<p>my friend got them at 2 am est once, and with ashafs post in mind i stand by my 12-7 timeframe</p>
