I figured that we can make a list of everyone on CC who is applying to Georgetown EA and which of the schools they are applying too.

Feel free to list brief academic information after your name. Add to the list. Good luck everyone!

1.McDonough RichieRich24( ACT: 30 GPA: 101.4286 Rank 3/593)

It’s quite obvious that you are nervous about decisions coming out soon (as we all are). However, there is no reason to put stats up and compare yourself to everyone else on CC. You can do all the chancing/stat comparing you want, but you won’t know whether or not you’re going to get in until December 15th. Rather than comparing yourself to everyone else to gain confidence in your admission, you should look within yourself and reflect. It’s not all about numbers. If you deserve to get into Georgetown, you will. Good luck

I tend to agree with Mak - what is the point of putting up your stats and schools a few days before the decision comes out? Even if there were a rational reason to want to know where you stand relative to other applicants, having a handful of posts here relative to the thousands of applicants renders it all meaningless. Not trying to tell you how to run your life, Richie, but maybe going out and jogging for a mile or two might be a more productive way to burn off energy. JMHO…

What will be potentially helpful is for folks to post their status (accepted/rejected/deferred) and their stats/EC/hooks/etc. AFTER they receive the decision on the EA applications, as this may offer some small amount of guidance (or comfort or terror) to prospective RD applicants and to the HS class of 2013.
