Official indian stats

^ I’m interested in knowing what swear words you used up there arun.
I like to dismantle the stars and guess what the actual words are and I came to a blank here. :D

^ u play hangman?

my guess for the first word is baloney

Edit: shoot, it went through. Wrong again.

Haha it’s s hi t ey/ s hi te.The first word was something me and my friend sort of made up :p

^^ I used to when I was 5 before I gave it up for jumbled words.

^ No wonder I couldn’t dismantle it. There are only a limited number of swears that CC blocks. ^_^

EDIT- I only dismantle for the swear words now.

Haha. Take that aniruddh! ;)

I skimmed this, and yes, higher the score the better. 2200+ and above are all not the same. As internationals, we are almost expected to have high test scores. (especially in Math because that is usually where international students excel at in comparison to American counterparts).

Also, chancing for top schools is so utterly pointless. As internationals there is no secret formula or way to gauge chances. We can’t compare with each other because the international pools are so competitive that we just never know what it takes. Of course, the international olympiads, international debates-type kids will fare much better but we just can’t gauge chances by posting ‘stats’.

For blue_box: Did UNC give you merit aid or are you paying full international?

^He’s paying the full amount.

Lol I’m sure we know much more than the school counselor. Tell her to stop making up stuff. There would be an uproar if the deadline was shifted so late into the app process.

Hey i know this might be a slight invasion of your privacy but if anyone has any idea could you please tell me as to what position i would be placed at with a score of 2210 in the indian international pool???

^I wouldn’t know for sure, but I would imagine it depends where you apply. The Indian applicant pool to, say, Ohio State would not be very large at all. So, a 2210 is probably much more than enough to entertain OSU. However, at Ivys, which receive a large number of Indian applicants, a 2210 might get lost in the mix.

However, that’s when ECs, recs, essays, etc. pull you out of the mix.

So, it would depend where you are applying and the Indian/international pool that applies to that university.
