Just post ur comments or confirm answers here pls :)

So hard this time.

can someone make one of those google docs things so we can post the answers

I thought it was easy. I finished with time to check over my work.

I thought it was much easier than the practices I’ve done. What were the passages about, I can’t remember. One about the tattoos, one about dictionaries, one about praries that need fire, and the last one was…?

not too bad.

what was the purpose of adding the quote/dialogue from that play?
I narrowed it down to
- to show the impact of the writer (forget his name) on the development of the english lang
- to show that some people of that time saw the need for dictionaries (i put this i think)

Erie Canal

Did praries need fire:

a. just as much as water
b. more than water
c. less than water

equal amount

^O yea. I go tthat lucky guess!

buckyorbust: equal

ncdukie: i put to show that people at the time saw the need for the dictionary, im pretty sure thats the right answer

what was the purpose of the park ranger in lines 5-9

Show that he was experienced, I believe.

hotelrwanda…i said it showed his experience

I think it was about the same difficulty level as most of the practice tests in the Red Book. There was one question I wasn’t sure about: one of those EXCEPT questions.

What was the answer to the very last question?

lol @ ratmkino, how would they know who we are, and we’ve done this for YEARS nothing ever happens.

What was the last question @ sebi95

anyone remember any hard questions…what was the one that was like…which of the following did someone not do…it was in the dictionary one

I did not like some of the passages, their was one about “she with horses” doing something and it was confusing because the person was a guy (i don’t remember if this was reading or english, forgive me)

@Noxsing that was English in the passage about the winter counts. I found it confusing too.

What did you guys get in the dictionary passage, the question about they had dictionaries/reference books for… I put church writings
