do colleges really care about SAT IIs?? and what is a good score?? 800, 700, 650??? what everyone says is different and im so confused...

only 800 will do

I don't know exactly what a "good score" is. But definitely 700 and up is good. As for the 600s, it depends on where you want to go.

In the college admissions forum Everyone is saying that ivies and other elite colleges look for a 750 and up.

So here's how I did:

Bio M-720 (hip, hip, hurray!!!!!!! I was expecting around 650 because I guessed a lot)
Math 2c-760
Chem-790

I plan to take French in november and if I go anyway to the test center, i plan to retake math and chem. I know, I know, you'll say these are good scores and I should be satisfied, but I hope to go to Princeton and to major in chem, I don't have any leadership position in my ECs, so I really need 800s.

800s won't make up for lack of leadership.

Biology M 680
US History 770
French 530

i got 710 in Bio M.... and im really disappointed bc i was really good at biology this year and i felt like i did better on it. do you guys suggest i take it again in october? ughh

If you want to retake then you have to study/review biology at least a month or so before the test.

800 on Math IIC

could've taken physics but didn't risk it................. is physics HARD?

I got...

Math IIC= 740
US History= 680 (will retake that in the Fall)

I was planning on taking physics too...but I felt like it was too much to take three tests one after the other so I skipped it. Like Minzzi said, I didn't want to risk it. I'm going to take Physics in the Fall

760 mathI
710 math II
690 lit

retaking lit and math II in november.

Bio M-770
Math 2c-800
Chem-790

thanks for the help....

hey afruff haha any suggestions for the bio m?

danielle, you should know some basic and organic chemistry for bio m. It helps a lot, even if in june there was no organic formula on the test.
