I’ve been trying it on google chrome on my iPhone and it seems like it would work because the PDF pops up from other tests. But I’m still getting transaction

ooh got dat 36 36 36 36
jk it was
36
35
36
35
BUT STILL 36

Has anyone successfully done the glitch on an iPhone?

I just got my scores with writing here in Texas. @tider95 I tried to use the glitch on my Android phone and the pdf would never load. However, I was no longer getting the error message which prompted me to get online and check my scores.

still not workingggg :/

I’m in Florida and the glitch isn’t working. Anyone in Florida that it worked for, specifically those who live in SF???

I’m so happy right now I seriously screamed for two minute straight! Pumped up - let summer officially begin!

COMPOSITE: 33 (99th percentile wooooooo!)
ENG: 35
MATH: 34
READING: 33
SCIENCE: 31
COMBINED ENGLISH/WRITING: 34
ESSAY: 11
(comment:Your essay effectively supported general statements with specific reasons, examples, and details)

So happy because if any college superscores the ACT (does anyone?!?!) I can combine this with my first go-around where I got a 31 to get this bad boy:

ENG: 35
MATH: 34
READING: 33
SCIENCE: 35
essay: 11
Superscored composite: 34

I got mine to work with the iPhone. I needed to use Safari and logged onto my ACT homepage. I then copied the JavaScript link into the Safari address box while I was looking at the ACT homepage. I had sent the JavaScript link in a Word document to my Outllook account. I had copied this first before logging onto my ACT homepage with Safari. With the iPhone the whole JavaScript address pasted. For the past several days I thought it was a hoax, but it really worked for me this morning. Good luck to all.

It worked!!! I had to use nspire’s score checker, the web address glitch still said transaction can’t be completed! So try that, people, if you haven’t yet today!

Composite: 34
English: 35
Math: 36
Reading: 32
Science: 32
Writing: 8 (haha not the best…)

I’m happy because although I didn’t do better than my sat’s, at least I didn’t do worse (I was expecting like a 31-32). With a 2300 (730 CR, 770 M, 800 W), is a 34 with an 8 essay worth sending??

Send the Sat, not even a question…your reading and writing are significantly stronger with the SAT. The 36 math and 770 math are negligible differences. Don’t send the ACT with such a strong SAT score.

I must have missed your english score to tell you youre writing is significantly stronger, but I still think the difference in reading is enough to just not send the ACT.

anyone who got a 30+ on science wanna tell me the strategy they use? I would really appreciate it! like they you just go staright to the questions for the passages with 5 questions?, read a little for 6 questions, and read all for 7?

Honestly, I was expecting like a 20-something on science, my brain like died. So idk.

So doctadolittle, you wouldn’t recommend sending both? How bad is an 8 essay? haha

art i think you should send both. it shows how you’re good at both test and 2 is better than 1. it’ll just make you look better.

An 8 on the essay is not bad at all.

ketann you just made that up, that is untrue I am sorry

You’re ACT is great, but you’re SAT is more impressive…what kind of schools are you looking at?

C:33
E:34
M:29
R:35
S:34
W:07!!!

Will the 7 in writing hold me back at good schools? I’ve seen that a lot of their mid 50%'s are 8-10.

Does anyone know of any good resources for math practice?

nick what science strategy did you use?

I just ignore words and look at numbers only. Like if it says 300 m/s find 300 m/s on the graph and ignore the fluff. I have received a 36 before and I now have a 34 superscored.

I’m looking at a range of schools (one in-state public school, some small LAC’s), but including top schools like Brown and maybe Yale (as a super reach). Do you think it’d be better to just send my sat? By the way, for a school like Yale that doesn’t accept score choice, sending my sat would mean having to send my not great sat 2’s (I’m going to retake, but I got a 650, 700, 760)… So I’m not sure what to do.

Nickm, idk, I’m wondering the same thing about an 8 essay… I don’t think it’ll keep you out anywhere if you have really good application essays.

Having to send your lower SAT 2 scores is not necessarily a bad thing. Colleges like Yale only have score choice to make sure you don’t retake a bazillion times, so as long as you improve your subject test scores everything should be fine. They really only care about your highest scores. And yes, send your SAT!!!
