MIT always releases on Pi Day. Always. They are well prepared ahead of 3-14. NEU not so much.

what state is everyone in? for EA it took them until like 7 to release the southeast (Im in NC) decisions, and then the site crashed
@srichter I’m in NJ. They release MA decisions first (around 3-4 PM Eastern) and then move south/ west. I got my EA deferral decision between 6 and 7 if I remember correctly.

@Islandgal Yeah it’s unlikely for today, but we still have a few more hours before we know for sure. Thursday is the most likely day.

If decisions are going to be released today there will be an email for people in the Boston/ Mass area around 3 or 4. I live in NY so I’m going to hold out hope until about 4 or 5 - assuming they’re released today.
1.5-2… If they’re is nothing out by 4 PM, it will not be today.
I’m anxiously waiting as well and do believe it’s unlikely for the decisions to be released today but seeing last year’s thread it seems even people in MA got their decisions after 4 PM. So, if no one has heard anything back by 5 PM then I would safely conclude that today’s not the day!
Just a reminder to the people in MA: at 4:01 today, log into your NU app status because the emails usually take a few hours to be sent even after decisions are posted.
Take this for what it’s worth but my friend’s brother works in admissions and is a student there. He said they are not releasing today guys. Nobody is there due to snow and he said they weren’t planned for today anyway… I don’t think he’s trying to throw anyone off the track either. No reason to.
yeah i was just going to say i doubt they would do it today because they’re going to want to do it at a time when people are there to answer all the calls they’re going to get
