Still waiting to hear back from Stanford, but I’m not banking on that. Beyond excited for this opportunity.

Congrats to all other admits and don’t stress if you didn’t get in. In the end it comes down to how hard you work while in college and after college, not so much which college you go to.

Waitlisted for engineering…my why NU essay was pretty pathetic since I visited the school and did not enjoy the visit, so I’m sure my essay was rather unenthusiastic. I don’t know why I even applied to be honest, so I definitely won’t be accepting a spot on the waitlist. I got waitlisted at WashU too, so I don’t really know what to think of my application. Ah well, on to the next decision!

2320 SAT / 3.88 UW GPA

I’m pretty disappointed, but that’s the way things go, I guess. I received my email at 4:21pm but I didn’t check until now. I’m on the west coach and it was in the main folder of my gmail inbox. Hope this helps, and good luck!

i got waitlisted ): can someone tell me how the whole WL process works cause NU is a school i would definitely love to attend. In the email it says we know by June 30, but wouldn’t we already have to SIR on the 1st of May? And can some one tell me the odds of getting off the WL…

ACCEPTED to Weinberg and Bienen School of Music! I wish to do the dual degree program. So fortunate. Everyone will end up where they are meant to be.

I know Wash U is notorious for waitlisting applicants who do not seem particularly interested in the school(or who the adcom’s don’t believe will attend), is Northwestern also known to do this?
Congrats to all those accepted, I don’t think I will be accepting my spot on the waitlist.

I had to search in my message center on Google Chrome, which is where all of my junk mail is automatically filtered. After four password changes and verifications, I was accepted into Medill!
