Just checked my report… strange.

780 math: Apparently I omitted one although I don’t remember doing that.

660 CR: I remember leaving 3 blank although according to the report I only left 2 blank, and got 10 passage ones wrong. I’m retaking, but I got 0 sentence completion wrong. I’m retaking again so if I get at most 6 passage questions wrong/blank like last time, hopefully I’ll get in the 700s.

790 WR: Yay, average improvement from this score is -49 points. 3 wrong (75 MC subscore), 11 essay.

January SAT goal: 800M, 750+ CR, 800WR

Just checked my score report:

650 on CR: -11. *** I had four on SC. On the last test,I had 0 on SC. This time, however, I only got 7 passage questions wrong. Ugh. Would have had 700 had I had 0 on SC.

700 M: my best section is the 2nd worst. ***. 5 questions incorrect??? Seriously??

780 W: -1 on MC. 77MC. 10 on essay. Woohoo! This is the first time my writing score actually matches my practice writing scores.

Retake in January. I guess im going to have to brush up on Math, which is not possible considering I know everything there is to know. (im in calc BC)

Posting my info for the Nov curve:
CR: 760 (4 wrong, none omitted)
M: 780 (1 wrong, none omitted)
W: MC 74 (2 wrong, none omitted) 10 essay; came out to be 760

I love this thread, people agonizing over 2190’s and 2300’s. The best SAT-takers in the world seem to be here on CC.

Congrats to all you amazing kids!

Ugh, pretty disappointed. But oh well, it was my first real try.

800 writing
740 CR
630 math (Ugh)

CR(770) -3 (-2 Sentence Completion -1 Passage lol, I need to learn my vocab)
Writing(780) -4 11 Essay (-2 Improving Sentences -2 Improving Paragraphs (I know Fail))
Math(750) -2 (-2 Data Analysis, Statistics and Probability. FACEPALM)

So at least I now know what to study…

CR (770): 3 wrong
M (780) 1 wrong (couldn’t this just have been 790? :D)
W (750) 3 wrong (75MC), 9 essay

For S:

CR: 5 wrong, 0 omitted = 710
M: 2 wrong, 0 omitted = 740
W: 0 wrong, 0 omitted/6 essay = 750

Looks like a tougher curve in CR and M than the test some of you reported ^

Math: 1 wrong (Data analysis statistics prob.) 780 grr…
CR: 4 wrong (3 SC 1 passage…changed my right answers=>wrong) 760
Writing: 2 wrong =>74MC 11 essay 780 yayayy
seems like a sort of harsh MC curve though? although the essay brought it up a bunch.

yayyy first time 2320 I think I’m not going to retake? I could bring up my scores…or take the act…but it just really doesn’t seem worth it? if I’m rejected I really don’t think it would be because of my test scores…

Detailed…
M: -0, 800
CR: -5, 740 (-4 on sentence completion… maybe I should have actually studied some vocab? x) )
W: -1 for 77 multiple choice, 10 essay, 780

None omitted

I had carribean and Chinese Airplane type of test.

Math: -0 = 800
Writing: -1=80MC + 10E = 800
Reading: -1 = 800

Nov Int’l
Writing 2 wrong = -2 = 76 + 10 E = 760
Reading 2 wrong = -2 = 800
Maths 7 wrong = -9 = 690 (such a fail but a curve win!)

Writing was pretty harsh I felt but maths made up for it

S got
M : 800 ( - 0 wrong;no omitted)
CR: 730 (-6 wrong; no ommitted)
WR: 770 ( MC : 70 with -3 wrong; no omitted + 12 on Essay)

Don’t understand the WR curve…any insight?

the 3 wrong destroyed your chances of 800. Thats a -4 raw score, and the only way to get a 800 in wr would be a -2MC+12E if you are lucky. Once you get less wrong, it gets easier. For example, my -1+10E garnered me a 800.

Dammit…I’m thinking I shouldn’t have canceled now…Prolly would’ve gotten like a 2250 which isn’t great but isn’t terrible either. I could’ve used that 800 in writing…

Had 7^1600 version
First and last time
CR 780 (-3)
M 800 (-0)
W 800 (80MC, 9E) (-0)

now I can post my scores…probably no one will see them anymore :))))))
570 CR
670 Math
640 Wr. (9 Essay) international student, pretty satisfied with these scores anyway
I have strong SAT subject tests scores : 800 spanish, 790 math 2, 720 math 1, 710 french… Toefl iBT 106…ECDL Complete and the Business English Certificate Higher (level C1). Hope the rest will count more than my sat reasoning test :)

Not true.
I just spent around an hour reading all of the posts xD
