Official November SAT 2012 Thread

Another one for the singing was that he approached the Bach singing with “something optimism”.

In general, I thought the CR was a lot harder than it usually is. Writing was a little easier than normal, and the math was slightly harder than normal.

@ratsam The woman wasn’t depressed though. She was writing about a sunset. It was impersonal because the narrator didn’t know her, and the words were coming from a sheet of paper. That’s how I thought of it anyway

For the Korean village one…I put faint for the “cold”, but I’m really not sure, neither of the answer choices seems to make sense to me, can anyone tell me what u put?

darn it!

i had flawed but put down unoriginal because i it said he was imitated the man’s voice…darn it… i always second guess myself…

i didn’t know what to put down for the cold one so i left it blank and then i went back and put deliberate without thinking. darn it…a;ldfja;ldsfklflkj ):

For the cold words thing, it meant impersonal, because as the girl’s brother read it, the woman came alive, and her experience was vivid.

Did any of you get -54 as an answer?

i dont think it was flawed for the bach one. it was the answer choice below that. does anyone remember all the answer choices?

Can people please post some math questions they thought were hard? I wanna see if I did better in math this time around.

nope…and I’m assuming that’s for grid-in.

Im so mad at myself, the question with the ratio of circumference to radius i got wrong!! I thought it was talking about the ratio of pi to the radius! :(

Screw SAT!

I hope the “experimental section” is the first reading one. I did bad on that one! :(

And the essay question was really awkward!

right…make sense…thx and does anyone remember any grammar questions besides the bison one? i really need to know how i did on grammar so that i can decide whether i’m gonna cancel this score or not

Pentagon was like 72 + 72 +18?? 162

I got 2pi to 1 for the ratio question, and 2250 for the scholarships grid in question. I also got 11/5 for one of the grid ins? I think 2 or 10/5 worked too.

Overachiever yep.

was 1026 the answer for the one that said the products must multiply to 12 or something.

I put 1126, because when you multiply by 0 it turns the whole thing to 0.

For that bach question where it asked how the speaker felt about the festival at first, I was torn between confident and optimistic but i ended up putting confident

What did you guys get on the last reading section, on the fingerprint passages where it asked what the two people would have agreed on? I put B, but i forgot the answer was.

I put 2250 for one of the math grid ins, and for the pentagon I forgot my answer but you had to take in the fact that the pentagon was rotating counterclockwise

for that one that had you sum the sequence on last mc question on the math grid in section, I put -52, which wolfram alpha says was right.

I screwed up badly on this sat … *** i put 1134 i wasnt thinking right.

lol ya^ i meant that.

@robby25, it’s ohkay, I did the exact same thing and only changed it at the last minute, you’re not alone.
