i put:
-endured (pretty sure that was right)
-reassurance (i think this was the last MLK Q? the one that asked why ppl liked the i have a dream speech?)
-embarassingly inapt
-vain

are we sure it was one of the critical reading sections that was the experimental?

ps. i think this years test was easier than last years (may). agree? maybe its just because it was the 2nd time i took it (although i prepared for the one in may, didnt do anything for this one)

the MLK passage, the Mr. Bebee passage, and the Acting passage were not experimentals because everyone had those 3. If you had another crit reading, like I did, then that was the experimental.

oh what about that vocab one, i think it was the last vocab q in one of sections, the question was something about historians studying other countries, i remember that i put (c) and it was an M word... and some otehr options were cosmopolitan and jocular...

-endured (pretty sure that was right)
-reassuring <- second to last
-embarassingly inapt
-vain
what was the answer for the last question... I think I got like C.
I'm not sure though

yeah wait lets talk about the acting one (which was odd).. haha i remember i had something in my eye for like that entire section so i was really distracted/couldnt see...

(funnyguy-- me too... and i always thought i knew the definition for cosmopolitan .. )

the passage choices are always super-lame. ha they are probably things that were rejected by publishers so being on the sats had to suffice. these were no exception.

anyone remember any q's from the acting section? i remember one having to do with the "dance of words" or something and the q asked about its significance, i picked the one that was like "it shows what words can lead to" or something like that?

prolong is like to keep something going, like "prolonging the battery life", while endure is like to have to deal with, i.e. "somehow endured the countless insults", but it also applies to this passage, because endured was right.
