Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Test scores, recommendations?
Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: OSU is first school I’ve heard from.
General Comments: So happy I was accepted but I still need the financial aid information before I make a decision. I really hope Ohio State is where I go though!

Just found out that I got directly admitted into the Engineering school. So that was sweet, wondering how hard that is…what are the requirements/will this increase my chanceto get a scholarship?

I applied to OSU in December and still haven’t heard back. It’s been saying Evaluation for over a month now. Does it usually take this long?

I’m betting they get a lot of apps in late december.

It took them about 8 weeks to give me a decision so yours will probably come next week!

I was deferred…does anyone know what they look at specially within my application to determine if I will be accepted or rejected?

They look at class rank and ACT score. A friend of mine with several strong extracurriculars and a great essay was deferred. She called the admissions office ad they said it was ur to her class rank (top 30% instead of top 25%) and her ACT was a 26 and the average is supposed to be a 28.
