i am having the SAME EXACT issue. it keeps on telling me to file an issue with the backtrace. ive logged onto 4 different computers AND my phone and it gives me the same exact error. i am EXTREMELY ****ed off but more worried cuz im scared itll keep on doing that till the deadlines over. its not FAIR. i keep on calling them but i dont know what to do!!!

Luminouzz - Mine say “H” at the end as well - and that’s what I wrote. I essentially copied the same courses as written on my transcript.

By the way, you can send an email to questions [at] questbridge.org. They get back pretty quickly (day).

Also, does anyone know whether retirement accounts (IRA) count as financial assets? [/quote[

Not positive but I listed my grandmother’s as in “Grandmother owns IRA worth…” (Whom I live with)

Do the test scores and transcript have to be official?

They have to be sent by your school, gadgor. Your guidance counselor needs to be the one to send them.

So, for my dad, I don’t know his exact 2009 income, and neither does he. Do you think its okay to put an estimate? He left his tax returns at the place he used to live, where he can’t go back. And he owes money to the people who he filed takes with, and so theres pretty much no way for him to find out what it was.

Unless any of you know of some place he can call that would tell him? IRS maybe?

So we can submit the app even if the faxes may not have been recieved yet? My counselor is faxing the stuff tomorrow, and I just need to finish up the bio essay and one teacher rec.

Btw, all that needs to be faxed is the transcript w/ test scores and the school profile, correct?

My counselor has sent the transcript and test scores to QB last week and on my locker page, it still does not show the faxes. I am worried. Do you think I should get my counselor to send everything in again tomorrow morning? Would I get penalize if I send two copies?

Yes, send your app in even if the other documents aren’t done yet! I cannot stress this enough! Don’t wait until the last moment or even the last day. Computer glitches happen.

only SAT/ACT scores are required for QB (not individual schools), right? I am taking my subject tests in October.

QB does not require subject tests for its application process.

And for those with ****ed up recommendation sections, make sure your teachers actually turned in their recommendations. My screen was fixed after my counselor turned hers in.

Also, in the faxed documents section, it only says transcript. Does that mean they also received my test scores?

Gadgor and Nattilee: I actually called them today about transcripts and test scores. they do not have to be “official”. I am lucky to have a copy of my transcript that my counselor gave me to keep. and I’m just going to print out a copy of my ACT scores from the website. The woman I spoke to at questbridge said that was fine.

Ah I don’t think my essays will get proofread. Oh well.

@rrose: Thanks for the info.

Someone said earlier to write our SSN on our faxes. I was gonna do this, but I don’t see QB asking for my SSN ever, so I don’t know how this would help?
Should we write our QB ID on there instead?

I just wrote my QB ID. I assumed it would be fine as long as our counselors submitted the cover sheet.

there is absolutely no need to do that. If you download the correct cover sheet, it has a barcode that automatically links it to YOUR application.

Question: I decided not to rank any colleges due to the binding commitment and so I am planning to go with the RD process. Directions state that transcript and test score faxes are needed by september 30th for the national college match process. I am not doing the college match so does that mean I can fax it in after september 30th?

already answered that for you, spt.leonidas. good luck

thanks rrose again!
