***Official SAT I June 2013***

@ neolucid
but take into consideration that every line you draw, one angle is 91 degrees, and the one across from it is also 91 degrees… so i think that makes the max 2 angles of degrees greater than 90

The writing question,
Where they said something about the jewelries and then it was like those of turquoise. I said “those of turquoise” or something like that was incorrect. Anybody?

@Neolucid vertical angles formed by intersecting lines form pairs.

can somebody list all the reading passages w/ a really really short description on what it was about (instead of just one word that kinda defines its content…) and also which of them were experimental?
i guess 4 hours of testing fried my brains a bit and i can’t remember the ones that i took and didn’t take…

For the question about the space paragraph, what did you guys put for the one that asks about a statement that both authors would agree? I put robots move more slowly than human (something like that).

shouldn’t it be three

@latejunior- with your logic, the answer should be three angles given that 91 + 91 + 91 equals 273 and then 360-273/3 should give you the angles for the rest

@soflakid i got the same for both

Predictions on Math Curve?

The critical reading completing the sentences was very difficult. Can someone refresh me with the questions so I can see if my answers were okay? I know one of the answers was moribund (which I ended up changing last minute) also in the violin passage what was the speakers tone about the modern era?

For anyone with a writing experimental with sections 2 and 4, can you remember which section actually counts because I remember the first section being a whole lot easier than the second and I just keep mixing up the questions together from both sections. PLEASE!

As mentioned in other threads, this calculator is really helpful in predicting your score/curve:

I felt the math was a bit tricky, but nothing too crazy. My bet would be on 800 780 760…

What was the one where the two circles shared the same so center with radii of five and thirteen, with a tangent line on the small circle that has endpoints on the larger

for the 3 lines intersecting, i’m pretty sure the answer is 2 because even though 360 degrees includes 3 angles that could be above 90 degrees, you have to take into account the number of lines intersecting and the number of angles formed. it is visually and mathematically impossible for 3 lines to intersect to form more than 2 obtuse angles.

also, what was the critical reading question that asked about the background of the photo? was the answer deceptive?

I had deceptive for that one because when you read a little bit further down in the passage it says she felt betrayed that the background was fake

What did you guys get for the sum of the N integers.it was #16.went some something like 1001,1002,1003…1020

can anyone name a few problems on the math experimental ??
did anyone get a Disneyland passage ?

turking- i got 122 for that one

i got 5, the sum was something like 20120
